How the enquiry form works

The website form does not transmit your details to a server or store them. It only prepares a message in your email application. If you choose to send the message, we receive the contact details and enquiry information you provide.

Why we use your details

We use contact details and enquiry information to answer your questions, prepare a quotation and, where applicable, perform a contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and subsequent performance of that contract. Records subject to accounting and other legal obligations are retained under applicable law.

Retention and recipients

Correspondence is retained for the period needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Email and IT service providers may participate in technical processing. Enquiry data is not used for automated decision-making.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and exercise rights to data portability or objection where applicable. Contact info@theta90.cz to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
